What two examples of sin are listed? How might a person make excuses for these sins?

How does the world see unintentional sin? How does God see it? What was the purpose of adding 1/5 to the value?

How did Zacchaeus’ attitude and actions in repentance compare to God’s instructions in Leviticus 5:14-16?
3) Leviticus 6:1-7
What kinds of sins are addressed in this passage? What were the consequences? How was bringing the sacrifice to the priest the same as bringing it to the Lord (v. 6)?
Ephesians 2:8
If we are forgiven by grace, not by earning it, why does God make commands about restitution?
4) Proverbs 28:13-14
What is your response to these verses? What is your emotional response? Have you been living by this truth?
Psalm 51
Spend time meditating on this Psalm. Is there sin, intentional or not, in your life that you haven’t confessed to and turned away from? Talk to God about it now.
