1) Leviticus 18:1-15
Summarize the theme of these verses. What is your response to reading them? In verses 1-5, what is the main thing God is trying to teach them?
2) Leviticus 18:16-30
What stands out to you in this long list? What was God’s purpose in giving this long and descriptive set of rules? According to verse 29, how serious were the consequences of these sins?
3) Leviticus 19:1-13
How does this passage compare to Exodus 20:1-17? What’s the same? What’s different? What name does God use to identify Himself to them? Why?
4) Proverbs 20:1-8; 2 Kings 23:8-11; Jeremiah 7:30-34
What do you know about the god Molech and the practice of worshipping him? From what you know, count how many of the 10 Commandments (Exodus 20:1-17) were broken when worshipping Molech.
